I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CVS Health
Interview
Got a call for HR personnel and had a good discussion about background, goals, salary etc.
Interview with hiring manager - Unfortunately it was a forgettable experience.
An indian called after 5 mins of the scheduled time. He looked or acted like busy - asked me to hold on multiple times in the call, cut me half while I was talking or answering his questions... Highly unorganized. He ended the call abruptly in the middle and asked me follow up with HR. I dont know why they interview if they are not interested. It's a waste of time for both. I made up my mind I won't join such a company and just ignored their followup mails.

Question 1
Nothing much to put here - How do you handle slow performance in production etc.
Recruiter screening and hiring manager interview.
Recruiter did not schedule call, instead randomly called during work hours and expected me to be free for a screening.
HM was incredibly rude, answering Teams messages for 5min at a time during a 30 min interview. After I described why I am interested in CVS and the healthtech space, he proceeded to ask “So, why CVS?” as if from a script.
HR round, hiring manager round, case study, and then super day with different team members (Eng, DS, design, etc). Overall, it was mainly conversational which I appreciated, rather than technical. A lot of it was determining skill set and communication style between teams.
Contacted for an interview from Aetna, sent a screening document to fill out, met with the hiring manager for a virtual meeting, might be a second round with other team members.
