I interviewed through hirevue which was pretty decent. It had about 6 questions. I had to finish the interview within 3 minutes with 3 minutes of preparation. It wasn't bad at all but if you prepare for the interview then I believe that all of you can do well.

Difficult process - was asked many technical questions not necessarily expected of an associate. The interviewers seemed disengaged and I was told they selected an internal candidate. I am disappointed but hope to work for the company someday still.

Imagine you are given a dataset from a health insurance company that includes both demographic information (age, gender, income, etc.) and historical medical claim data for a group of individuals. Your task is to develop a model that predicts the annual medical expenses for these individuals. However, upon initial analysis, you notice that the dataset has a significant number of outliers in the claim amounts, which could potentially skew the predictions of your model. How would you approach this problem? Please describe the steps you would take, from initial data analysis to model development and validation, and how you would address the issue of outliers.
It was a very streamlined process where you first go through a online interview where you record your answers. Next you go to the second stage with a single and group interview.
