Interview
Compared to other interviews for a management position, mine was very short. The store manager did not ask about my experience and skills, which concerned me because it makes me question how others individuals for this position select individuals for the position. For what she wanted to know was desired interest and availability.

Tell me about the work environment you suit best in?
It was very easy and straightforward. Common questions asked. Had to fill out forms beforehand about personality, how you work with people, how you learn, and how you teach. I believe if you don't pass these questions you don't get offered an interview.
Interview was a simple conversation about job requirements and availability as well as previous work experience. Interviewer was polite and encouraging, mostly conversational with little stress. Talked about training they provide and expectations as well.

Very chill in person interview, asks a few question and availability and thats it. Overall a very easy process to be completely honest. Love cvs though and think its a good place to work
