Phone screening by a recuiter. Recruiter was very friendly and answered some questions I had. I was then offered a virtual interview with a hiring manager. Was hired after my interview. Was later reached out by someone else within 24 hours. I reached out first due to other questions I had.

The interview process included an online application, an assessment, and a virtual interview. The questions focused on customer service, problem-solving, and handling difficult situations. The process was organized, professional, and easy to follow.
The interview process was straightforward. I met with the hiring manager, answered questions about my experience, availability, and customer service skills, and had the opportunity to ask questions about the position.
Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well
