I just cold called the pharmacy and asked if they were looking for any technicians, and I told them I had a Bachelor's degree and also getting a Master's degree. From there I just was connected to the manger who had me come in for a quick interview, and was extremely easy. I found out then I had the job.

It was really easy. Hardest question was a challenge I had faced. Also my customer service experience
I applied online on their official website. Pharmacy manager reached out to me about two weeks after. They ask basic questions such as tell me about your self and something related with teamwork.
For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.

Quick few questions asked over by the water bottle section in the CVS, got the job in one 15 min interview, questions were behavioral and about availability. They give preference to students in pharmacy school.
