Interview
1st is a video recording interview through an app. A week later if you pass you would be called for a face to face interview. After that your application would be further passed on to higher up.
The interview was done via zoom, the interviewer used an avatar which made it more comfortable for me, I also had that option. She asked the basic scenario questions and further into the job description.

The interview process was very informative. It provided me with much needed information such as the duties of the Health Concierge. We also discussed pay, benefits, attendance policy, and the company video viewed prior to coming to the interview.
