Be prepared for 3 different interviews. The first interview consisted of just the hiring manager. The second interview consisted of the general manager and the last interview was with the store manager, general manager and the HR department.
It was very easy and straightforward. Common questions asked. Had to fill out forms beforehand about personality, how you work with people, how you learn, and how you teach. I believe if you don't pass these questions you don't get offered an interview.
Interview was a simple conversation about job requirements and availability as well as previous work experience. Interviewer was polite and encouraging, mostly conversational with little stress. Talked about training they provide and expectations as well.
