Painful, difficult to coordinate, and lack of follow through by CVS. Wanted deep technical expertise. Was also told I was junior even though I exceeded all job requirements. First round was informational with recruiter, then second round one hour with hiring manager.

Total of four interviews: Recruiter (by phone), Hiring Director, CTO, and COO. This was Pre-covid so interview process may have changed a little bit. Be ready to answer technical question as well as soft skills/people management questions.
