I applied online. I interviewed at CVS Health in Nov 2021
Interview
Four interviews conducted over six weeks. Interviewers were all down-to-earth/easy to talk to and professional. Many contradictions between what hiring manager/panelists would say about the process and timeline vs. what recruiter would indicate. Had to follow-up multiple times, including after last interview. Never got a definitive answer on my candidate status after two months.
Recruiter screening and hiring manager interview.
Recruiter did not schedule call, instead randomly called during work hours and expected me to be free for a screening.
HM was incredibly rude, answering Teams messages for 5min at a time during a 30 min interview. After I described why I am interested in CVS and the healthtech space, he proceeded to ask “So, why CVS?” as if from a script.
HR round, hiring manager round, case study, and then super day with different team members (Eng, DS, design, etc). Overall, it was mainly conversational which I appreciated, rather than technical. A lot of it was determining skill set and communication style between teams.
Contacted for an interview from Aetna, sent a screening document to fill out, met with the hiring manager for a virtual meeting, might be a second round with other team members.
