Was asked a bunch of different generic interview questions but the manager was friendly and easy to talk to which helped with being nervous as it was my first legitimate job.

Went online to CVS website initially. Followed a simple process... as a rehire, I was only required to repeat certain information. During my first hiring process, I had to go through an ethics exam online, which you didn't find out your results from until CVS decided whether or not you were a risk to the company and whether you could be an asset. Then, if a store near you that you demonstrated interest in was currently hiring, you would be called and subsequently invited in for an interview (if the store manager saw fit). Interviews are generally informal and consist of hypothetical situations i.e. if a customer became angry and began to yell at you, how would you respond? A lot of the interview might seem pointless and unrelated, however working for CVS requires a lot of collaboration and interaction between employees. Therefore, it is important for the store manager to get a good sense of whether you will fit in and if you can follow the various protocols and rules that are required of a high volume pharmacy.

Basicly once you apply they call you in for an interview. Usually it is the store manager and an assistant doing the interview. They ask pretty simple questions to see if you a good fit for the job.
