I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health
Interview
Had to go through 9 video interviews over the course of 3 weeks. Including a deck preparation for hiring manager. Never actually heard back from their recruiters again, just plain disrespectful!! This was for a Sr Director position, so hope their team understands that executives who spend so much time and effort on their roles expect atleast an answer back.

Interview
I had a couple calls with the hiring manager (a VP) and thought they went super well. She was late a couple of times, but I understood due to her busy schedule. She seemed like a genuine and authentic leader who had a great managerial style, so I was excited about the opportunity to work under her. Unfortunately, after the second interview, I heard crickets. Nothing from the interviewer and nothing from the hiring manager despite a couple of understanding and kind follow-ups.
I was completely ghosted. I really thought we had a great rapport and fantastic conversations, and was beyond disappointed to be discarded without even so much as a response. I received an automated survey request from CVS' HR team, asking me to assess the interview process.
I thought it important to be honest (but fair) in my feedback. Within two hours of submitting the survey, I finally received an automated rejection email.
People remember their experiences with brands, even if it's just through interactions with employees. Unnecessarily negative experiences like these tarnish the brand, and it's hard to look at them the same after. I really wish people would consider that more often, but ultimately, believe that candidates deserve basic respect.

Interview
6 interviews for one position over the course of two weeks. Ghosted after the final of 6 interviews, despite an email asking for a status update. Last interview with very senior level exec felt very much like she felt the process was a waste of her time. Extremely uncomfortable. Most of the team was lovely, it’s unfortunate to have ended it on that note.
