I applied online. I interviewed at CVS Health (Durham, NC) in Nov 2014
Interview
I applied online on their website and got an interview. Pretty simple interview process. Interview mainly was there to sort out candidate to see if they can work well in teams. It lasted 30-40 min. Mainly behavioral questions. I heard back from them within a month and they gave me a month to decide if I want to take the offer. I tried negotiating but they did not budge on the offer.

Question 1
Describe a scenario when you had to deal with an angry customer?
My phone interview experience with CVS was remarkably smooth and straightforward. From the moment we connected, I felt at ease, largely due to the friendly and welcoming demeanor of the district manager on the other end of the line.
Basically just one interview with the district leader. This is contingent on the fact that you have to pass the online test. If you don't pass it then you won't get hired regardless of the interview.

Interview
The district manager was very easy to interview with. She is someone I would enjoy working for. The positions she had open were too far for me to drive on a daily basis.
