Interview
First is a phone screening with a recruiter which lasts about 15 mins. Next interview is in person that lasts 30-45 mins. Typical questions involving work experience, workplace scenarios, and goals. PBM experience is a definite plus, but will not exclude you from getting the job. They're tyipcally looking for someone with common sense, a good work history, and an energetic and ambitious personality.

The interview process was straightforward. I met with the hiring manager, answered questions about my experience, availability, and customer service skills, and had the opportunity to ask questions about the position.
Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well
