I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CVS Health (Lubbock, TX) in Apr 2015
Interview
Met at Starbucks, quasi-casual and very comfortable. Atmosphere was pleasant, a little busy, was appreciative to get a table to sit. Interviewer was friendly, like-minded, West Texas affiliated. I am not too familiar with the company but he brought me up to the advantages in comparison with the competition. I felt at ease to speak freely and received accolades for being able to talk with understanding. We agreed that I was a good fit and that miracles do happen.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Do you have experience working with difficult people?
My phone interview experience with CVS was remarkably smooth and straightforward. From the moment we connected, I felt at ease, largely due to the friendly and welcoming demeanor of the district manager on the other end of the line.
Basically just one interview with the district leader. This is contingent on the fact that you have to pass the online test. If you don't pass it then you won't get hired regardless of the interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at CVS Health (Buford, GA) in Mar 2026
Interview
The district manager was very easy to interview with. She is someone I would enjoy working for. The positions she had open were too far for me to drive on a daily basis.
