I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CVS Health
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter and was interviewed/screened over the phone and was then scheduled for an interview at the branch. The interview went well and the environment seemed great. Three weeks go by and pretty much figured they had filled the position until the recruiter contacted me and said that the branch was extremely interested in hiring me and that they stopped recruiting for the position because they wanted me to fill it. I was also told that they needed more HR "approvals". This went on for another two weeks until the recruiter told me that the branch manager would have approvals by Monday and that he would call me that day. Tuesday he calls and tells me they were sorry but they were still waiting on "approvals", that they were really busy and needed me and thanked me for being patient (I was and still am with my current employer so I didn't mind), but because they were just bought out by CVS "approvals" were taking longer. I asked how much longer and tried to clarify approvals (I got a whole lot of nothing) He said two to three weeks. I followed up with a phone call two weeks later and he said he would find out and call me Monday....That was a month ago. I stopped pursuing it.

Question 1
How would you react if a customer starts yelling at you?
I applied online on their official website. Pharmacy manager reached out to me about two weeks after. They ask basic questions such as tell me about your self and something related with teamwork.
For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.
