My onboarding interview was more than a little rushed. With heavy deadlines for store managers to meet daily I suppose that's to be expected though. Still, it was thorough, my hiring manager (store manager) was polite and I was informed within a week that the hiring decision had been made.
Was a simple interview, lasted approximately 30 mins and covered the standard interview questions. Mostly available to people already working at the store. Would recommend longer tenure before applying. Not much else to say to be honest.
