I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health (Hayes, VA) in Jul 2022
Interview
First, I had a phone screening, only about a 5 minute call. By the end of the call, they told me they would send me an email to the next stage of the interview process. I had to pick a time and date from the email. The second interview was a web call through Webex. There were 2 interviewers, one asks the questions and the other records your answers. Both people interacted with me. They started out the interview with a background on their careers with CVS/Aetna and then more info on the role for which I was interviewing. They informed me that there is a 20 week training with required 100% attendance and then verified that I wanted to continue the interview. The interview lasted about an hour, including questions I asked them. 5 days later I was offered the position by phone. Once I accepted verbally, they sent me an emailed offer.

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health (Phoenix, AZ) in Dec 2025
Interview
Assessment, first interview, second, offer. Second interview was over an hour. It was a very enjoyable experience for me. I enjoyed the dialogue and the entire process. CVS seems to care about its name. That impressed me as so many care about nothing but the bottom line.
