Very informal interview, asked what my plans were in school, after school, and how being a pharmacy tech would help me in my future endeavors. Make sure you help to keep the interview moving along. They like to see individuals that are able to provide satisfaction verbally and friendly, they don't want to see someone who just gets straight to the point with blase answers. They're stuck in a corner of a store and need entertainment!

Online quiz of interactive situations and then standard ranking of personality traits, then phone interview with pharmacy manager about expectations and responsibilities and in person interview with manager on availability

How would you react if a customer starts yelling at you?
I applied online on their official website. Pharmacy manager reached out to me about two weeks after. They ask basic questions such as tell me about your self and something related with teamwork.
For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.
