Interview
The interviews (I interviewwed at multiple CVSs) were, for the most part, pretty easy, but that said, they were also taken quite seriously. The questions are quite straightforward.Plus, they already know a bit about your insights and judgment from the SUPER long questionnaire you haveto take as part of thejob application. I only felt cheated because they asked me what was the minimum salary I'd accept, and my offer was nonetheless lower than that.

Online quiz of interactive situations and then standard ranking of personality traits, then phone interview with pharmacy manager about expectations and responsibilities and in person interview with manager on availability

How would you react if a customer starts yelling at you?
I applied online on their official website. Pharmacy manager reached out to me about two weeks after. They ask basic questions such as tell me about your self and something related with teamwork.
For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.
