Interview
Quick interview in store. I was asked questions about my education, work experience and future aspirations within healthcare. The Pharmacist was very nice and gave me a clear description of what a work day would look like. She also went over the training that I would be expected to complete in its entirety before working in my actual store. She also made it very clear that I would be also working retail along with the regular Pharm Tech Duties.
Online quiz of interactive situations and then standard ranking of personality traits, then phone interview with pharmacy manager about expectations and responsibilities and in person interview with manager on availability

I applied online on their official website. Pharmacy manager reached out to me about two weeks after. They ask basic questions such as tell me about your self and something related with teamwork.
For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.
