I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health (Orange, CT) in Aug 2015
Interview
I filled out an application online. Two weeks later I receive a call from the manager asking to come in for an interview. This interview was relaxed and took around 30 mins depending on how you answer the questions. The manager told me that I was going to get emailed by corporate asking me for a second interview if they liked my application. Two weeks after I received it. The location was in another city, 15 miles away. A district manager interviewed me which seems strange because she didn't know the store I was applying to and even told me "We will see if you are a good fit for the CVS in your area." But how would she know? This interview was very bad because it seemed like they didn't even look at my resume and application which had all the info. that they asked me. Overall it was a huge waste of my time and took over a month for the interview process.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at CVS Health (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
CVS interview process is structured and efficient, typically including an initial recruiter screen, behavioral interview, technical or role-specific questions, and final team or manager interview.it was the easiest interview i ever had.

Good, I learned a lot about the process. I advanced my skills heavily, great place to work at. I loved the process behind it, I love the people, I love the job!
It went well they ask you the normal questions why would you be a good fit and if you graduated highschool and some other questions it wasn’t a difficult interview but I’m sure everywhere is different I was just myself
