I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at CVS Health in Aug 2023
Interview
Easy 30 min phone interview. I was hired on the spot at the end of the interview and they sent out an offer letter within 24 hours. Training was going to be 6 weeks however the supervisors apparently decide who gets to WFH at the end of training based on engagement?!

Question 1
How would you handle having tow Rok on multiple projects at once?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at CVS Health (Phoenix, AZ) in Sep 2021
Interview
Interview was very straight forward, not difficult. I recommend that the applicant have all their work history in front of them when the 3rd party Interviewer calls on phone. All of the job interviewing I had was arranged by email and conducted by phone, right up to first day on the job. Not a difficult process, but be prepared with all needed info. Takes approx. 8 - 10 days.

Question 1
" Please describe how you handle upset/difficult callers"
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health (Northbrook, IL)
Interview
I applied online and was contacted to set up a 1:1 with an internal recruiter. After a brief conversation, she recommended I move to speak with a hiring manager who was really knowledgeable and personable. After I moved on from that step, I had two phone case interviews (with different individuals -- mine happened to fall on different days but it's just based on scheduling), that were based on real cases the Team members had encountered. Final round consisted of a day of 4 interviews (each between 30-60 minutes). Overall everything was very organized, well communicated, and the individuals treated each interview very professionally.
