I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CVS Health (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2015
Interview
This Interview was conducted by vendor for the manager. It was then offered to individuals with the appropriate skillset. However, the lowballing from the agency was outrageous. Job was not nearly consistent with interview and information provided.
Straight forward process. Felt like a conversation. Was able to ask questions and the interview was knowledgeable. Interviewer made me feel welcomed and I felt like I was at home.
The interview went extremely well. The interviewer asked about my interest in the company. I was also asked about my availability and how I can best support the CVS. I was asked about my history and how it ties in with the current position.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2022
Interview
Simple interview - 3 rounds with 6 different people and a technical excel interview at the end. All interviews felt the same. Some soft questions about experience and skills. Overall, if you are prepared it is not too difficult.
