it was not that difficult. it felt really personable and nothing surprising came up. overall it was a quick and painless process. i would recommend to people in the earlier stages of their career/collegiate education
It was a very standard interview process. I was asked situational questions and more personal questions getting to know me. All in all it was a great interview, and I am thankful for the time I had with CVS.

The interview process was very easy through a phone scan and then 1 interview with the district leader. Overall, the process was more on the easier side and i was comfortable talking to the interviewers.

The first round is with the HR recruiter. It's a 30-minute interview about yourself and some behavioral questions. The second round is with someone from headquarters. He only asks one question about leadership, and the rest is just a normal conversation. Lastly, you will meet with the store manager.
