I recieved an offer before the interview. Got text message and an an offer then I met the dlbthen started the new job. All of this withi. 2 weeks . As long as you accept a terrible store they are desperate and will accept you as long you can breath and talk.

Very conversational, low pressure. Asked if I had children which made me uncomfortable. Overall very low pressure easy interview. Immediately restructured and I was moved to another manager than the one who hired me.
