I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at CVS Health (Orlando, FL) in May 2014
Interview
I applied online on the CVS website. A day or so later I came to the store to introduce myself, and to ask if they received my application. Then a few days later, I called to see if the pharmacy manager would be in so I could meet her. She called me back the next day to schedule an interview. She took me to the break room in the back the day of the interview. It was very informal. She just wanted to see if I was nice and if we would get along.

It was easy, but there is a revolving door. Must be careful of not working yourself too hard because this do not care. I think Safeway pharmacy is a better choice to be honest
Very casual interview within the facility. Depending on who you interview with, our new pharmacy manager interviews at panera. However, I interviewed in a tiny office. This interview was very laid back and not stressful what so ever.
