I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CVS Health
Interview
The interview was very monotone. There was no interaction. I was talking, they were writing word for word what I was saying. No energy or interest from there part of their job.
Application process involved a virtual try-out which included behavior questions and brief explanations of job requirements. Phone screening came about a week later and was a basic interview about the role and my past work experience.
Great! Recruiter was knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. We completed about five or six behavioral questions. They were very quick to extend an offer. It only took about 1 or two days to get a response.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at CVS Health (Richmond, VA) in Sep 2024
Interview
I had a phone screening interview and was offered the position at the end of the call. The recruiter was very nice and explained how the process was going to go. The interview consisted of about 8 behavioral questions and I was given the opportunity to ask her any questions.
