Interview
interview process was not bad. They did ask lot of questions. I was interviewed by two different district managers. They were really impressed by my experience and interview skills. I got a call from them the next day after I saw the 2nd district manager that I got the job and he kept on praising me. I went on a vacation for a week and when I came back when I called them about 3 times I was told that position was given to someone else. I had already given my 2 weeks notice to recent employer. I just thought that was very unprofessional.
I recieved an offer before the interview. Got text message and an an offer then I met the dlbthen started the new job. All of this withi. 2 weeks . As long as you accept a terrible store they are desperate and will accept you as long you can breath and talk.

Very conversational, low pressure. Asked if I had children which made me uncomfortable. Overall very low pressure easy interview. Immediately restructured and I was moved to another manager than the one who hired me.
