Interview
1st apply on-line. Wait for back ground check results to come back(3days). Then do an in person 15 minute interview with assistant store manager. Then an 8 hour orientation that you must do. There,s 1 every 2 weeks so if you miss your scheduled orientation, you need to wait to take another. Then you have Some on-line testing. You get paid for the whole process.

Explained lots of company information in half hour interview. More about mission, company philosophy etc. Had an interview guideline booklet to give info from. Got back to me within 2 days with an offer.
