The interview was easy and I was offered the job over the phone. I accepted and worked on my background check. I went and paid for my background check and after a month, I hadn't heard anything back, I messaged the recruiter and she told me to call. I did and nothing. A week goes by and my background check comes back clear. I call the recruiter multiple times to get my drug test set up and nothing crickets from then on. They just ghosted me without explanation... I assume they ended up hiring someone else since my background check was taking longer than normal, but please inform the employee that apparently they no longer have the job offer. Very unprofessional. I would of applied again if I had to but nobody will reach back out to me....
