Easygoing. I had to apply to several jobs to hear back. I had better luck with reaching out to a recruiter. I recommend trying to network first. I used resources that were readily available to me.

HR interview was a recruiter that mainly asked behavior type questions. She also provided more detail about the role and and asked what salary range I was looking for. The recruiter was friendly and was able to answer many of my questions.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at CVS Health in Jan 2023
Interview
Incredibly quick phone call screening with a recruiter (after a long game of phone tag - not sure why an e-mail to schedule wouldn't have worked). After that quick discussion, was told I would hear back if the hiring manager wanted to meet with me. Got a text to schedule that and a detailed e-mail confirmation. Morning of the interview, waited 20 minutes in the Teams meeting and no one ever showed up. Really disappointing handling after setting aside an hour of my time.
