I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at CVS Health in Oct 2015
Interview
The interview was set up through an agency for 9 am. Around that time the agency calls to say the interviewer will be a few minutes late due to orientation that caused delays. 25-30 min later, agency calls again to say a few more minutes for interview. 3 hours from the scheduled interview time, the interviewer finally calls me to say that she is in between training and if I can give her a call within 39 min on my VM. Number came up as a Canadian number. She called me 2 more times the same day, but I didn't pick up the phone as I was now unavailable for interviewing. 3-5 hours late for an interview is unacceptable business practice, and I emailed agency to withdraw my application.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CVS Health (Miramar, FL) in Jan 2012
Interview
The interview was awesome, a great learning experience. The interviewer was professional enough to carry all through with us. It was as well a typing test going on and customer services skills. I told the interviewer that I had experience as well in law offices as a Paralegal and I am a tri-langual person.
