- Initial Hirevue
- Interview with Program Manager & Engineer who would be your 'mentor'.
The whole interview process was unprofessional and the program manager gave off a condescending feeling after every response. The interview was supposed to be a 30-minute behavioral 'Star question' interview as told explicitly by the recruiter when asked, but it ended up being 1 hour long with the majority being technical questions (System Design, Databases [SQL], OOP Questions, describe a sorting algo question, frameworks), so I was caught off guard. The interview itself was completely horrible, where the first 15 minutes was the program manager 'changing clothes' because they had forgotten to look 'professional' for the interview (which doesn't make sense, they probably forgot about the interview). They both had their cameras off for the majority of the session, and the program manager turned theirs on almost toward the end of the interview.

The initial screening process consisted of 12 questions, with 6 requiring video-recorded responses that focused on behavioral topics. The structure was clear and easy to follow, making the process fairly straightforward overall. However, communication throughout the process was somewhat lacking, with limited updates or feedback provided after submission.
