I applied and day after I was contacted. If you have the basic skillset they were hire you. Pretty simple interview depending on your area. CVS/Aetna is a very compartmentalized organization, so what's going on in one area you may not have a clue what's going on elsewhere if it has nothing to do with your particular area. All cameras were off in the interview, which I didn't mind, and that was kind of a foreshadowing to how things are done on the team.
