Easy interview process, but overall not worth your time. This position was a managerial one, and the compensation was offered way below the pay grade, like $20K below to start. The recruiter stated there was difficulty in finding candidates for the position as many turned it down due to pay, and why CVS doesn't increase their pay is beyond me. If you'd like to bring in candidates, increase pay.
