I applied earlier this month and got a response back a few days ago from them looking into whether I was serious about the job, why I want this job and what I looked forward to getting out of it, as well as my availability. I’m still honestly not sure if that counts as an interview in and of itself because they told me that they’d get back to me for an interview in person, so I’m just rated this interview as easy based on what happened.

I applied online on their official website. Pharmacy manager reached out to me about two weeks after. They ask basic questions such as tell me about your self and something related with teamwork.
For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.
