Easy and quick. Set up a meeting after doing the online assessment. They asked questions about my experience and about how I would be a good fit for the team and the position.
I applied online on their official website. Pharmacy manager reached out to me about two weeks after. They ask basic questions such as tell me about your self and something related with teamwork.
For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.
