I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health (Woonsocket, RI) in Jan 2015
Interview
Fairly straight forward. Your interview may be in a cafateria with lots of people. I think many people would find sitting in a Cafe very disturbing. But I guess it depends on the individual. It seemed as if the first person the had me interview was not ready so I found that to be a real pain.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What the most important part of being a PM ? During the process the offered me a position and then told me that they we not funded for the position. If were not careful I would have quit on position and thought that the other job was open. I don't think the really have their act together
Recruiter screening and hiring manager interview.
Recruiter did not schedule call, instead randomly called during work hours and expected me to be free for a screening.
HM was incredibly rude, answering Teams messages for 5min at a time during a 30 min interview. After I described why I am interested in CVS and the healthtech space, he proceeded to ask “So, why CVS?” as if from a script.
HR round, hiring manager round, case study, and then super day with different team members (Eng, DS, design, etc). Overall, it was mainly conversational which I appreciated, rather than technical. A lot of it was determining skill set and communication style between teams.
Contacted for an interview from Aetna, sent a screening document to fill out, met with the hiring manager for a virtual meeting, might be a second round with other team members.
