I applied through their website. After applying, I had to do a assessment online which then gets screened. I then received a interview online which consisted of me reading questions and answering them to myself on a video recording. This was more daunting as I find it harder to talk to myself than other people. I then received a phone call asking about my background, why I wanted to work for them and got asked to come in for a face to face interview. The staff were all amazing and extremely welcoming.
