It was easy, I just had to take a typing test, take a mock phone call, do the regular interview and talk about my past experience in the industry. I passed the typing test with flying colors as well as the mock phone call and ended up getting a call back with a job offer within 2 hours of leaving.

It was a brief group interview where they'll have everyone answer a few questions (each candidate may get different ones), followed by two individual tests; writing a hypothetical complaint letter to measure your business writing skills, and then answering a call in a role play scenario to gauge your customer service skills.
Example: My scenario was helping a customer whose flight ticket was booked with a misspelling in his last name. Remember you're not expected to know the process or any protocol. They're just testing the customer service skills.

found the company standd at a job fair. There I was asked basic questions toeasy going and relaxed, it test my english level. After that i was shortly interviewed by another person. I was then scheduled for an interview the next day at the company site, At the company I performed an nglish test; shortly after the test I was interviewed by two other people. Roughly 2 months later, I was called with an offer to start a month later. The whole process was roughly punctual
