Interviewed with Department Manager, Hard Lines Manager and HR Manager. Pretty simple formulaic interview without much depth. They attempted or at least started with the STAR process but without much skill/experience. Subsequently, I have seen example after example of poor hires that could have been prevented by an adequate search and review process done by trained recruiters.

There were simple questions for those with hunting knowledge and without, gave a few sample scenarios of customer interactions and questions about products. Overall a very simple and welcoming interview process.
