Well its the hiring day of cabelas and applied on my friends reference who was already working their. There are other people come for interview. Everyone have to fill a form and after that they will get waiting time from 5 - 15 min. After that an interviewer call the respective person and behind the interview.

There was a phone screening and an in-person interview. Both were simple and the HR person and the manager who interviewed me were very enthusiastic and kind. They require a background check and a urine analysis once you accept the job offer. With the cashier job you aren't just working the register - every employee is expected to get customers to sign up for the Cabela's credit card. There is a quota to meet for the front end as a whole.
