Interview
I applied online, it took some time to finish the profile but you can use that profile to apply to all Cabela's jobs after your done. Its a time investment at first but then pretty quick to use the profile later if needed. Once I had applied I did not hear back from them at all not a conformation e-mail or call. I went into the store and requested to speak to HR. I was helped into the HR office quickly and had an interview by the next morning. The Interview was a mass hire effort. There were 25 people waiting to interview for many positions. I had a great interview with a supervisor in a different department then what I had been applying for. I adapted quickly and continued to interview with the department manager and a senior manager.
