The interview process was very professional and gave you an insight on the environment, training and what is expected from each outfitter. They explained the hiring process and the requirements. Asked which areas from 1 to 5 that interest you ( liked this as every individual is different and excel in areas).

Interview was a mass interview. I got a call to meet at a hotel, I was interviewed by 2 managers. They had me pick a product and roll play. They had basic interview questions. I also had to fill out paperwork about time requirements and dress code.
