The HR rep emailed me and asked what time would be best to speak with me. I provided the best times to contact me. I even included the time zone I was available. Every call from the HR rep was an hour after the time I had posted. The HR rep apologized and even stated she got the time zones confused...3 times. I withdrew my application and thanked her for her consideration and time. Disregard for my time and lack of attention to detail. If an HR rep is completely fine with this unprofessional behavior I can only imagine how inefficient and dysfunctional the rest of the organization is. To add insult to injury when I sent the email requesting my application withdrawal I did not receive a follow up email...Radio Silence as we say in the military.
