I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cable One (Phoenix, AZ) in Jun 2012

First they have you take assessment tests to gauge your troubleshooting and technical knowledge level. If you pass those, my experience was as follows: I first interviewed with the operations manager, she told me the next step would be to do a panel interview and that if that went well they are prepared to present an offer. I interviewed with 2 gentlemen and then when that was completed, had me sit in the lobby for a "minute" which turned into well over an hour. A manager then came up and got me and we then had an interview session, which really didn't focus on the job I had applied but a HR position. After that concluded he just said "its Friday, so no one is really around, but someone will be in contact. My interview was at 9:30 am and I left at 2:30pm. 2 weeks later received a poorley formatted, unsigned " no thanks, we wish you luck" letter.
Easy interview asked a lot about what would you do in certain situations. No technical knowledge questions. However it is beneficial if you do have experience. Overall pretty easy interview process.

You are required to pass an online test. The common advice when taking these tests is that there are no wrong or right answers. However that must not be the case because if there was not then what would be the point of taking the test anyway?

There are 3 tests that you take at their call center. The first 2 are technical tests and the 3rd is a customer service test. After this was a lengthy interview filled with STAR format questions and this was followed by a brief interview with a couple of HR people. Job offers may be done on the spot depending on when training classes start
