Scheduled interview at the restaurant, sit down with a manager, manager was friendly, went over my resume together and he asked a series of non-intimidating questions about my hobbies and interests, my experience in customer service and the food and drink industry, my favourite wine. The interview felt natural and was easy, managers are VERY friendly, could come off as fake to some, remember to smile and be engaged and engaging.
