A sous chef emails you about coming in for an interview, you meet another sous chef who did not email you at all, if he likes you you will than on another day meet the executive sous chef and after that is complete on another time for an interview you meet one of the head chefs.

They ask you how do you feel about 'dish' (doing dishes) and not the job you initially applied for.
Process was efficient, friendly, quick, indepth, they have a great intuitive sense of where your best position might be in a matter of minutes. I genuinely enjoyed the experience. Very friendly.

Easy and short. Had 2 people interview me, wasn't stressful. They teach their employees well so if you don't have alot of experience it's okay. Just know how to handle stress

The interview process was fairly smooth and quick. They did not keep me waiting at all. There were a couple stages to the process, which lasted about a week and I knew the outcome of the interviews within a couple weeks.
