Interview
I applied for my first job during the afternoon when they weren't busy. I was welcomed by a hostess and I asked her if I could give my application form and resume to the manager. While I was waiting for the manager, I felt pretty unwelcome their because of the staff members.Several minutes later, the manager arrives and interviews me on the spot. As I was answering her questions, she didn't seem like she cared about what I was saying, moreover my presence since she kept on looking at her watch and avoiding eye contact. The interview was 15 minutes. The manager said she would call me back in a few days, but I never got a callback.

There was a video interview then a in-store interview where you met the hiring manager and they asked you a series of questions related to your experience and who you are.
Very formal, standard questions like why the company should have you, describe a difficult time you overcame. Interview was scripted and done by a manager, followed by a general manager.
