I was handed a sheet of paper and had to put down my personal details, my previous jobs and employers, references and skills. I was also required to state how I would contribute to the company and the reasons why I am applying for this specific job.
Aftwerwards, I had a 1:1 interview with the manager where I was asked to elaborate on some of the things I stated earlier etc.

What advice would you give someone who just started the hospitality industry? What aspirations or skills do u have that make you stand out?
3 interviews and got the job. Very selective and care about looks. Usually very standard and will hire without experience as well. Overall took a whole but it’s a fun place to work at.

Online, brief: They put out online ads for jobs, so you can imagine how much turnover they get. There will always be more people to hire and fire. Ran about 15 minutes over an online video call.
